Buying a home right after the Covid lockdowns felt impossible. Inventory was low, demand was insane, and every showing looked like a luxury car dealership. When we pulled up to the open house there were Mercedes, Porsches, and even an Aston Martin lined up outside. We knew we were up against serious competition.
